Britax Roundabout: A Consumer Review
The Britax Roundabout differs from other popular Britax car seats, like the Marathon and the Boulevard, by it's size. The Roundabout is smaller than its cousins and is perfect for more compact cars.

In the rear-facing position, the seat can hold a baby weighing 35 lbs or less. For the front-facing position, it can accommodate a child weighing from 20 to 40 lbs. Height limit for the seat is 40 inches, for both positions. The Roundabout has the reversible Versa-Tether, which attaches the seat in the rear-facing position with a special clip. This is attached to the underside portion of one of the front seats. This provides more security for your child and more convenience for you when it comes to installation.
However, your child will probably outgrow the Roundabout by the time he reaches three years old because of its compact size. If this is a big concern for you, you may consider buying the bigger models like Boulevard and Marathon, especially if you have more than enough room inside your car. Keep in mind that the Roundabout is more convenient for airline travel because of its smaller dimensions.
Parents need not spend extra time fussing over the seat’s harness. The Britax Roundabout is equipped with a five-point harness made of tangle-free polyester material. The harness system provides better protection for your baby by making contact with five important points on his body.
